Dream Clean Detailing

Took car in for interior + odor removal on a 03 tundra that I had just purchased. The interior was fairly clean other than some stains on headboard, seats and side plastic side panel. Interior cleaning was not done at all and or at most very minuscule attempt to thoroughly clean, and the detailer only masked the smell of the odor with a fragrance smell that went away after a day. Odor still persisted. I don’t think there was any effort put into detailing the car at all. Detailer was friendly but I would still give a 0/5 stars if possible

I hate to even leave this review because Im not sure it was the same person doing the cleaning as the rest of the reviews… but it was slightly underwhelming. Mainly that they missed areas that I noticed right away (cup holders) and there were several areas of “splatter” from the cleaner they used. The person wasn’t there to meet me at the scheduled appointment time and then we had to wait around for the job to be completed.

Dream Clean was a LIFE-SAVER! I have to ship my Jeep to Hawaii, and the inspection is very strict for cleanliness - in part due to introducing any foreign species (through dirt/larvae/etc), and also for them to visibly inspect for damage. Dream Clean was able to help very last minute (yesterday!) for my inspection this morning, and the Jeep passed with zero issues! Ken was fantastic understanding my tight timeline (military orders) and communicating cost, schedule, and updates. I also greatly appreciated the military discount, although the service was worth every penny and more. I highly recommend this incredible service.

I had three appointments with Mason. 2 last year for my truck and my mother's car and one yesterday for my mums car. Each appointment was amazing. My truck had horrible smoking smell in the interior and Mason got it 95% out and it eventually went away a couple weeks later. My mother car went from a dirty mess to looking better than new (with each appt). My most recent appointment was for my mom's car again and this time was no different: the exterior and interior was freaking incredible. Leather treatment is a great - mum says the leather is nice and soft now. 10/10 would recommend. Communication and customer service is fantastic as well. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Mason!

A COMPANY THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND Mason is very professional and inclusive, a very honest hard working company. Continued communication and updates with an honest positive Outlook on a pretty big and dirty job. I had my truck brought to dream clean for severe mold infestation and mason and his team revived my seat I was certain they’d have to go and he took the time to clean them and make it happen they made my leased truck feel owned and brand new I had no idea how this would go and dream clean was met with a larger supprise as the mold had gotten worse by the time i got it to them i had green mold on my seats. It’s is newer and cleaner than when I started my lease on the truck! The dealership I bought it from didn’t even put in a quarter of the work dream clean has to make the truck presentable. I’m taken back as mason suggested I see if my insurance would cover the damage before he took me on as a client and I’m glad that it wasn’t covered because I’m greatful I got to choose the company and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. They ordered custom carpet for the truck as well and did a great job at fitting and putting it in They went out of their way with this job and
